Healthy Steps

Hancock County Senior Services staff is always seeking out new programs aimed at making your life better. One such program is the Healthy Steps program utilizing the Lebed Method of slow and smooth movement with gentle resistance. Healthy Steps is designed for all ages and is particularly beneficial to individuals dealing with lymphedema, osteoarthritis, stroke and more. You may remain seated during the session.

          The program  is held Monday & Friday each week for one hour. Classes begin at 8:30 a.m.
