Zumba is a Latin dance-inspired fitness program instructed by Debbie Teter.
Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. Choreography incorporates hip-hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, and some belly dance moves. Squats and lunges are also included. So for all the dancers out there, this class is for you and is geared for the SENIOR clients.
Zumba is on Tuesday’s & Thursday’s at 5:30 pm.
The cost is $3.00.
